At Noelle's Dance Academy, we believe dance is about more than learning steps—it's about building confidence, friendships, discipline, and a lifelong love of movement.

For over 10 years, we've been dedicated to creating a positive, encouraging environment where every child feels welcomed, supported, and celebrated. Whether a dancer dreams of performing on stage or simply wants to have fun and make new friends, every student receives quality instruction, personal attention, and genuine care.

Our experienced instructors focus on strong technique while helping students develop valuable life skills like teamwork, perseverance, responsibility, and self-confidence. With small class sizes, an all-inclusive tuition model, and a family-first approach, we're committed to making dance an enjoyable experience for both dancers and parents.

Noelle Snyder: Owner

Teaches: Little Movers, Ballet/Tap Combo, Ballet

Noelle has over 33 years of dance experience and more than 20 years of teaching and choreographing dancers of all ages. She began her training at Tricia Sloan Dance Studio, graduated from Gloucester County Institute of Technology's Performing Arts Program, and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from George Mason University.

In 2016, Noelle founded Noelle's Dance Academy with a vision of creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to discover their love of dance. Her teaching emphasizes strong technique, confidence, creativity, and personal growth, helping dancers build skills that extend far beyond the studio.

When she's not at the studio, Noelle enjoys spending time with her three children, who share her love of dance, at their home in Mullica Hill, New Jersey.

Tori Saugling: Co-Owner

Teaches: Tap, Competition Team Director

Tori began dancing at age 2 and trained locally under Barbara Adams and Robin Passmore, competing for 10 years. While she trained in all styles, tap has always been her greatest passion. She graduated from Rowan University in 2020 with a degree in Entrepreneurship and served as Captain and President of the Rowan University Dance Team, leading the team to its first UDA National Championship appearance at Walt Disney World.

Tori has trained under Chloe Arnold of the Syncopated Ladies and performed with her tap company, Sole Talk, in cities across the country. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she has spent the past 11 years at Noelle's Dance Academy and is proud to serve as co-owner alongside her best friend, Noelle. As Competition Team Director, she specializes in tap and hip hop for dancers ages 7 and up and has earned numerous choreography awards.

Tori is passionate about helping every dancer feel seen, challenged, and confident. She strives to create a positive, supportive environment where students build strong technique, lasting friendships, and a lifelong love of dance.

Shannon Bramham

Teaches, Contemporary, Technique

Shannon began her dance training in Richmond Virginia.  She then went off to attend East Carolina University where she received a BFA in dance performance.  After Graduation, Shannon moved to Philadelphia where she traveled and performed with Koresh Dance Company for 10 years.  In 2017, hip surgeries forced her into retiring from performing, but was able to continue with her other passion of teaching.  Shannon has taught all over the world and continues to teach at local studios here in New Jersey.  She began teaching at NDA in 2023 and is so grateful to be a part of this family!  When Shannon is not teaching she is behind her camera capturing as many beautiful moments as she possibly can.  She started her photography business in 2022 and loves every minute of it.

Anna Vrabel Hayes

Teaches: Jazz, Musical Theater

Anna Hayes has over 25 years of dance experience and more than 15 years of teaching and choreographing students of all ages. She began her training at Adams Dance Academy and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Stockton University. Anna continued to expand her training by taking classes at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway in New York City. She has taught ballet, jazz, and musical theater in both recreational and competitive studio settings, creating choreography that emphasizes strong technique, confidence, and artistry. She is passionate about helping dancers grow in an encouraging environment while fostering a lifelong love of dance.

Dana Teague

Teaches: Ballet/Tap Combo, Jazz, Musical Theater

Dana attended Rowan University, where she earned degrees in Elementary Education with a concentration in Music and in Special Education and a Minor in Theater and Dance. She also holds a Master of Arts in Reading and Educational Administration and Doctorate in Education. During her time at Rowan University, Dana was a member of the Rowan University Dance Team and Dance Company, and dance and theater have remained a central part of her life ever since.
Currently, Dana is a full-time instructor at Rowan College of South Jersey, the Instructional Facilitator for the Swedesboro-Woolwich School District, and an adjunct professor at Rowan University. Since 2021, she has taught Jazz, Musical Theater, and combo classes at Noelle’s Dance Academy. Prior to working at Noelle's Dance Academy, Dana spent over 15 years at Let's Dance Studio where she taught combo classes, Jazz, Musical Theater, Tap, Clogging, and various competition team productions. Dana has also spent over 20 years working as choreographer for local theater companies including Swedesboro-Woolwich Little Theatre, Glassboro High School, and Salem City High School. Finally, she is most proud of seeing both of her boys, Anthony and Jeremy, develop the same passion for dance and theater and watching them inspire others to pursue their passions in the arts as well.

Gianna Fusaro

Teaches: Ballet, Lyrical

Gianna began her dance training at the age of 3 at Let's Dance Studio in 2008. She continued her training under the instruction of Noelle Snyder, following her to Noelle's Dance Academy, where she studied lyrical, ballet, and modern dance. Gianna furthered her education as a member of the Dance Program at Gloucester County Institute of Technology, graduating in 2022.

In addition to her training with Noelle, Gianna studied tap and jazz under Tori Scull and trained in hoofing with Darell Williams as a member of the Footwerx Tap Company in Pennsylvania from 2015 to 2020.

Gianna has been a member of the Noelle's Dance Academy teaching staff for the past two years and is passionate about sharing her love of dance with the next generation. She is dedicated to helping students build confidence, develop strong technique, and discover the joy of movement in a positive and encouraging environment.

Johneta Williams

Teaches: Hip Hop

Johneta began dancing as a young girl making choreography for fun, praise dancing, and African dancing in church and functions. At 12 Johneta began engaging in dance on a technical level when she began colorguard with Winslow township high school under one of her mentors Jessica Dixion who graduated from Temple University with her Masters in Fine Arts. Colorguard opened the world of technique dance and began her career. Soon after high school she started teaching at her local dance studio where she taught lyrical, contemporary, jazz, competition choreography etc. for 8 years winning multiple 1st place overalls, special awards, and scholarships. Johneta continues her dance education with various classes and intensives such as DCNS in Philadelphia run by Dara Meredith and Laceda Nelson in 2021 winning a Full Scholarship to 2022 summer intensive season. She also continues her education at Temple University as a Dance Major, accomplishing her degree in Fine Arts. Johneta is passionate about dance education and the love and connection of dance and is excited for this 26-27 season.

Tori Veigel

Teaches: Hip Hop

Tori began dancing at the age of three, training in a variety of styles through age fourteen before beginning her competitive dance training in 2022, primarily focusing on hip-hop, contemporary, and tap. Throughout her dance career, she has performed in numerous ballet productions, including The Nutcracker, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast. Tori graduated from Jamie’s Dance Odyssey and has expanded her experience through multiple dance conventions, industry classes, and a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders prep class. Her lifelong passion for dance has grown into a love for teaching and inspiring younger dancers. Tori strives to create a positive and encouraging environment where dancers can build confidence, grow their skills, and develop their own love for dance.

Victor Sho

Teaches: Hip Hop, Boys Hip Hop

​Victor Sho is a Nigerian-born, Bronx-raised New York native—an actor,
choreographer, and dancer whose career spans television, film, live
performance, and artist development. With a foundation rooted in movement and
storytelling, Victor has established himself as a versatile creative, bringing a
dynamic presence both on screen and behind the scenes.
As an actor, Victor has appeared in a range of notable television and film
projects, including FBI on CBS, Raising Dion, Orange Is the New Black, and The
Night Agent on Netflix. He also holds a major supporting role in the film
adaptation of the award-winning Broadway play Major Barbara. Known for his
grounded, charismatic presence, he is often cast in roles that reflect strength,
relatability, and depth, spanning from everyday professionals to authoritative and
complex characters.
As a choreographer, dancer, and movement coach, Victor has collaborated with
some of the industry’s most influential artists, including Jamie Foxx, Alicia Keys,
Kendrick Lamar, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Lovato, and more. His work spans major
television networks, live performances, and music-driven productions. As a
dancer, he has appeared on multiple episodes of Saturday Night Live, performing
alongside talents such as Jim Carrey, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Bruce Willis, and
Maya Rudolph, among many others. His ability to seamlessly merge
performance and storytelling has made him a sought-after creative across
entertainment platforms.
Currently, Victor is expanding his work into producing, developing both a
television series and a feature film with notable actors and award-winning
executive producers attached. Through this evolution, he continues to bridge
creative vision with leadership, positioning himself as both a storyteller and a
strategic collaborator within the industry.
Dedicated to empowering others through his work and example, Victor remains
committed to inspiring the next generation of artists and creatives. He lives by his
mantra: “I ride on optimism.”
